01.Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a holistic and gentle needling therapy rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It systemically treats the body and optimizes all of our physiological processes. Acupuncture reduces stress, reduces pain, improves sleep quality, regulates the nervous system, improves digestion, boosts the immune system, improves mood, and promotes overall circulation.
02.Dry Needling
Dry needling is a variation of needling therapy that specifically targets myofascial trigger points. It involves the stimulation of involuntary twitch responses to disband hyperirritable muscular knots with referral pain. Patients may experience temporary localized soreness but ultimately experience reduced muscular tension and pain, as well as increased mobility following treatment.
03.Cupping
Cupping is a suction therapy that is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Negative pressure is applied to the skin and underlying musculature to promote blood circulation. It reduces myofascial pain, separates dense layers of tense muscle tissues, promotes warmth within the body, and helps expel external pathogens from the body.
04.Electroacupuncture
Electroacupuncture applies a gentle electrical current to specific acupuncture needles. It is employed to enhance stimulation and the therapeutic effects of treatment. It helps the central nervous system block pain signals, it reduces swelling, and it improves blood circulation. Electrical stimulation may also be used to stimulate the contraction of muscles that have been inactive, which prevents muscle atrophy and weakness following an injury or surgical procedure.
05.Moxibustion & Red Light Therapy
Moxibustion, or "moxa," involves burning a dried herb known as mugwort along various acupuncture points on the body for a thermal therapeutic effect. It is used to boost the immune system, invigorate energetic pathways that course through the body, and regulate blood circulation. Red light therapy is a smokeless thermal modality that shares many of the same functions as moxa and can also benefit the skin, reduce muscle tension, and even promote hair growth.
06.Tui Na Massage
Tui na is a Traditional Chinese Medicine bodywork technique that has existed for thousands of years. Rolling, kneading, pressing, grasping, pushing, patting, rubbing, pinching, and vibrating techniques are used to stimulate energy flow and promote overall balance within the body. Tui na reduces muscular tension, pain, and stress, improves joint mobility, and improves sleep quality.
